انـبلاج الـصبـح مـن لـيل الـعتـيم      شـدنـي اكـتب عـلى كـفي الحروف

فوق غيم السحب والمرعد نهيم      والــبروق مــازجـت لـمع الـسوف

كـالـسجنجل بان لي من جيد ريم      يـعكـس الـرويا عن عيوني تشوف

فـعو وردٍ هـبتـه كـوس الـنسـيم      في غصونه توه في عمر القطوف

شـفت فـيه الـكبـريـا فعقل السليم      مـحطة أعجابي جمع كل الوصوف
