بسم الله سنبدأ أولى حلقات موضوعي الجديد الذي سأتناول فيه ومعكم جوانب مهمة...

الموضوع حديث من حيث الفكرة..... لم يسبق ان تناوله احد في مجتمعنا بشكل خاص.....

موضوع جريئ.... يخدم شريحة كبيرة من المجتمع وخصوصا المتنافسون في جائزة

السلطان قابوس للعمل التطوعي....

أخواني وأخواتي......

ماهي المسؤولية المجتمعية؟

ماهو الفرق اذا قلنا..... مسؤولية اجتماعية... او مسؤولية مجتمعية ؟!!

الاجتماعية تعني بمجموعة محددة وتكون محدودة...
بينما المجتمعية تعني بكافة المجتمع من البشر والبيئة والاقتصاد والخ.... أي تكون شمولية.

وأول بنود هذه المسؤولية المجتمعية هو:

العمل التطوعي..... وهو الاقتناع التام بما يقدمه المطتوع دون انتظار مردود مادي... والاخلاص
في العمل الذي يؤديه.


سأذكر مثال على بعض الأعمال التطوعية والمؤسسات التي تعني بالعمل التطوعي....
وهي جمعيات المرأة العمانية... ومراكز المعاقين.... وغيرها من المراكز التي
تهتم بهذا الجانب الانساني......

ولكن للأسف هناك مفهوم غير مكتمل وواضح عن أهمية العمل التطوعي ومدى ايجابياته في
تعزيز اقتصاد اي دولة... وسلامة العلاقات المجتمعية والمدنية....

دعونا نتناول مفهوم العمل التطوعي السائد في مجتمعنا......

هو ببساطة عمل تهتم به فئة بسيطة من أفراد المجتمع.... والباقي لا يكترث لمدى أهميته.

واذا نظرنا الى تقدم بعض الدول في هذا الجانب.... لوجدنا أن شريحة كبيرة ان لم يكن الأغلب
مساهمون فيما يطلق عليها بالمسؤولية المجتمعية......

ماهو دور الشركات والمؤسسات الخاصة في المسؤولية المجتمعية؟
ما هو دور الأعمال التطوعية في المسؤولية المجتمعية على مستوى الأفراد؟
ماهو دور الحكومة في تنشيط المسؤولية المجتمعية.....؟

سأضرب مثالا بسيطا لنرى فيه فائدة المساهمة في المسؤولية المجتمعية...

لنفرض ان احدى الشركات القائمة في هذا البلد.... مردودها المادي عالي جدا ونسبة التعمين فيها
35%.... ومخلفاتها الصناعية توثر بشكل ملحوظ في مساهمتها على صحة وأنواء المنطقة.
لن تعد حينها ممن يطلق عليها المسامين في المسؤولية المجتمعية....
فهي ستكون ربحية بمعنى الكلمة وغير فعالة على المجتمع....

بينما ان تجاوز نسبة التعمين فيها 70% أو اكثر.... ولها مخصصات مالية تذهب في صالح
تحسين ودعم المجتمع فـ بالتأكيد أنها ستكون مساهمة في ترسيخ مبدأ المسؤولية المجتمعية...

وعلى مستوى المنظمات التي تساهم بشكل كبير في تنمية المجتمع.... نجد انها تبذل قصارى جهدها
في ترقية نفسها جيل بعد جيل... وتحقيق مبدأ الاستدامة......

بالأمس القريب قامت شركة (فالي البرازيلية) التي تمتلك 32 فرع في مختلف انحاء العالم...
بتدشين أولى حملاتها التي من شانها المساهمة في تنشئة خبراء واخصائيين في مجال
العمل التطوعي تحت شعار( أينما وقع نفع).
وتم بحمد الله وتوفيقه تخريج أول دفعة تناولوا من خلال هذه الدورة بناء صورة مختلفة
عن العمل التطوعي ودراسة تفصيلية عن موضوع المسؤولية المجتمعبة.
وفي نهاية الدورة قام السيد ماركوس بيلوكو المدير الاقليمي لشركة فالي _ عمان. بزيارة
الورشة... وأبدى كامل استعداده لدعم للمساهمة في تنشيط دورات قادمة تهدف الى
توسيع دائرة الالمام بالمسؤولية المجتمعية.

وهذه احدى الفوائد المتعلقة بالمسئولية المجتمعية....
الجدير بالذكر ان الفائدة الأولى التي يجنيها من يقوم بهكذا اسهام.... هي تحسين الصور الذهنية
لدى المجتمع....

والصورة الذهنية هي المادة التي من خالالها يتم فيها التعليق أو الحكم المبدأي لشيئ ما...

مثلا:

لكل شخص منا صور ذهنية لعدة أشياء....

على سبيل المثال اِن ذكر أحدهم اليابان..... ستكون صورتها الصناعة والسيارات
البرازيل... صورتها الذهنية في عقل الأغلبية هي كرة القدم.
استراليا..... صورتها الذهنية هي الأبقار واللحوم.
أفريقيا....؟
أمريكا...؟.
أوروبا....؟


وهكذا.....

اذن الصورة الذهنية مرتبطة بالهوية....
والهوية البند الأول لأساس أي شيئ.
